Ian Osborne
Ian co-founded SME in 2008 with the ambition to build an Enterprise class Cloud File Server platform which was focused on usability with any storage, or combination of storage clouds, native access from any desktop or mobile OS, combined with the management and governance of cloud data.

Over the prior 15 years Ian was the International Executive in 4 VC backed start ups, which he helped, build and exit including an IPO in 2000 with Versata.

Adrian Wise
Non Executive Investor Director
Adrian has over 30 years of sales, marketing, and operational management experience worldwide in the IT industry. Adrian was the VP of Sales, Marketing and Service at Convex Computer, a high-performance computing company that was a successful IPO of the 1980's; later acquired by HP.

Adrian later built-up and sold his own 150 person Software business and now advises multiple start-up and overseas IT businesses.

Dan Stone
Dan has been a technology professional for more than 25 years. His experience includes software product development and management, technical consulting, and senior IT management roles at Lehman Brothers, Barclays Capital and Standard Bank. He has lived and worked in New York, Tokyo, London, and Prague. Dan holds a bachelor's degree in Computing Science from Columbia University and an MBA from Fordham University.

Doug Soltesz
Director, Product Solutions
Doug has held director roles for SwiftStack and Cloudian, both leaders in on-premises object storage. Doug's focus has been to build solutions, enabling end users to seamlessly consume next generation Cloud APIs. His passion stems from experiencing first hand the challenges of today's IT professionals as CIO of Budd Van Lines for 10+ years.

A noted speaker and panelist, he has conducted sessions at AWS Re:Invent, VMworld, OpenStack Summit and Citrix Synergy. As Director of Product Solutions, Doug looks to solve the "Last Mile" problem - issues experienced when consuming today's mix of private and public Cloud storage.

Jim Liddle
Prior to Storage Made Easy, Jim was European Sales and Operations Director for GigaSpaces after joining the company in 2006 to help expand its European operations.

Before GigaSpaces Jim was the European General Manager for Versata, a NASDAQ listed business process and rules management company. During his 6 years at Versata, Jim also worked in technical, product management, and product marketing roles.

Jim has extensive experience in Sales, Big Data, Middleware and Cloud technologies and has a track record of successfully growing sales for high growth technology companies over the last 15 years.

Jim holds a BA (honors) from Brunel University in History and Computer Science and an MSc. in Data Communications.

Erik Joelsson
Director Of Engineering
Prior to Storage Made Easy Erik has worked in both engineering and operations. Early in his career, Erik relocated from Sweden to the US to become Director of Engineering for a medical device company, building digital imaging storage and delivery systems. Since then he has excelled in many industries and roles. He led teams of engineers designing both software products and operational systems to ensure technical excellence for government and large enterprises. He led the team responsible for all compute and storage for the San Francisco International Airport, during several years of double digit passenger growth.

In later years Erik has worked as both a manager and individual contributor for Big Data consultants and cloud storage vendors. He brings a wealth of experience, both technical and in interfacing with customers.

Geva Perry has more than 15 years of experience as an executive in the enterprise software industry. Geva has been named as one of the Top 25 Most Influential People in the Hosting Industry, Top 50 Cloud Computing Bloggers and one of the 12 Top Thinkers in Cloud Computing.
